Spanish school in Valencia

It depends on your starting level, your pace and the intensity of the course. We work on the six levels of the Common European Framework, from A1 to C2, and these are the indicative class hours for each one:

• A1, access: from 80 to 100 hours

• A2, platform: from 100 to 140 hours

• B1, threshold: 120 to 180 hours

• B2, advanced: 150 to 200 hours

• C1, mastery: 180 to 240 hours

• C2, master: 210 to 260 hours

With a intensive course of 20 hours per week you advance a complete level in about eight weeks. Most Spanish universities require a B2 to access a degree.

The groups are small, 10 students per classroom. It is the number that allows us to speak in all classes and the teacher can correct you individually.

In the private classes the pace is completely set by you, and in the private groups you can come with your partner, your family or your co-workers and we design the program to measure.

It depends on your nationality and the duration of the course. If you are from the European Union you do not need a study visa, regardless of the duration.

If you come from outside the EU and your course lasts more than 12 weeks, yes: you need a study visa, and the course must have a minimum of 20 hours of class per week.

You do not do it alone. We issue your acceptance letter and you have help with the processing of your visa from a specialized immigration law firm, included and at no additional cost. The final resolution is signed by the consulate or the Immigration Office, not the School. You have all the documentation in the study visa checklist.

Yes. Every week we organize a program of cultural and leisure activities in Spanish: routes through the historic center, Valencian gastronomy, outings in the Community and plans with students of other nationalities.

It is the most natural way to practice outside the classroom what you have just taught in class, and to get to know the city with people who are in the same situation as you. You have the program and details of each activity in cultural activities in Valencia.

The Shared Apartment is for the exclusive use of School students. Each floor has four to five private bedrooms, locked and furnished with a bed, desk, chair and wardrobe. students

The shared room is only reserved when two students traveling together ask to share it. The other option is the host family, where you practice Spanish at home every day. Both, with prices and conditions, in student accommodation in Valencia.

We organize the Spanish classes by intensity, so you can choose according to the time you can dedicate to them:

• Extensive, 4 hours per week. For those who live in Valencia, work or study something else and want to advance without stress.

• Extensive Plus, 6 hours per week. One more point of rhythm, maintaining the free afternoons.

• Intensive, 10 hours per week. The most chosen option for a real immersion.

• Intensive Plus, 20 hours per week. The fastest, and the only one valid if you need a study visa.

They all share the same method, the same groups of 10 and the possibility of starting any Monday. You can see them all at general Spanish courses.

Yes. The majority of our students are adults and very different profiles coexist in the classroom: people aged 20 to 35 on a sabbatical year or professional break, professionals who move to Valencia or need the language for their career, and retired people who want to learn calmly.

The groups are formed by level, not by age, and no nationality exceeds 15% of our students, so in your class you will have classmates from half the world.

For children under 18 years old we have specific programs for young people.

We are at C/ Cavanilles 6, 46010 Valencia, in the El Pla del Real neighborhood, a stone's throw from the Turia Gardens and a fifteen-minute walk from the historic center.

It is an area well connected by metro and bus, quiet for studying and with everything at hand when leaving class. The School's schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m..

Any day of the year. We have registration open all year round and the group of absolute beginners starts every Monday, so you don't have to wait for a call.

If you already have some level, you join the group that corresponds to you as soon as you take the level test. You can book from a single week, and extend later if you like it and want to stay longer.

With the free level test, which you can do before enrolling and in a couple of minutes. Combine a written test by levels and an oral classification test, and place your level between A1 and C2.

The price depends on the intensity and the number of weeks, and goes down the longer the course is. These are the prices per week for the Intensive Plus of 20 hours/week:

• From 1 to 3 weeks: €200 per week

• From 4 to 9 weeks: €180 per week

• From 10 to 19 weeks: €170 per week

• From 20 weeks onwards: €160 per week

For long stays we have fixed prices: €4,500 for 30 weeks, €5,400 for 40 weeks and €6,000 for one year complete.

Yes. We are official preparation and examining center for DELE and SIELE, so you prepare the exam and take the exam at the School itself, without looking for another location.

The DELE is a permanent official diploma from the Cervantes Institute, with fixed calls. The SIELE is done by computer, always in person at an authorized examination center, and gives you a score based on skills with much more flexibility of dates.

We also prepare the CCSE, the constitutional and sociocultural knowledge test for Spanish nationality. Compare the options in DELE or SIELE.

No. You can start from absolute scratch: the group of beginners (A1) starts every Monday of the year.

From the first class, Spanish is spoken. The method is communicative, grammar is explained in use and not as a list of rules, and the classes are supported by debates, gatherings, games and texts so that you lose the fear of making mistakes.

The idea is simple: we teach you to use Spanish, not to study it.
